We were excited to take a couple of minis with us to the Wonders & Worries Fall Fest again this year. For those unfamiliar with the organization, Wonders & Worries is a fantastic Austin-based nonprofit that provides professional support for children who have a parent with a serious, life-threatening, or terminal illness. We admire their mission and are always happy for an opportunity to help bring smiles to children's faces with the help of our favorite little horses.
Because it was the weekend before Halloween, the kids were in costume. There were adorable Harry Potters, superheroes, and witches all around! Of course, our minis had to get in on the fun. Rudy sported his aviator goggles, and Rocky looked adorable in his little straw hat.
In between playing games and making fall crafts, the kids had fun meeting the horses and even leading them around the lawn. The minis had a blast too! After all, it's not every day you get to be escorted by a little princess or Spiderman.
Thanks Wonders & Worries for inviting us to your Fall Fest. It was such a fun way to get in the Halloween spirit!
